No. For international orders, duties and import taxes are already included in the price you see and pay at checkout. There is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

We keep things simple: rather than exchanges, we ask you to return the item and place a new order for your preferred color. That way your new hat ships right away instead of waiting on the return. Returns follow the policy below.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items should be in unworn condition with original packaging; we may reduce the refund if an item shows signs of use beyond what's needed to examine it.

Return shipping is at your own cost and risk - we recommend a tracked service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the return, and include standard delivery costs where required by law (express shipping upgrades and return shipping are not refunded).
