EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, simply email us at hello@bjorli.co within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required - a clear statement by email is enough.

Once you have notified us, please send the item back to us within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility; we recommend using a tracked service.

If you withdraw from your full order, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (any additional cost of an express delivery option you selected is not refunded). The refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may hold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof of sending it.

You are welcome to inspect the hat the way you would in a store. If an item's value has been diminished by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature and characteristics, we may make a corresponding deduction from the refund.
